HI. can someone tell me if it is normal to turn the prop by hand to the left why it is in (fwd) gear.? thanks

"no its not normal....a merc eng can ratchet while in gear.....the one u have listed,should not.how hard are u trying to turn it,..u may be rolling the eng over if u have the plugs out.."
