I noticed several months ago that there wasn't much water coming out of the "pee hole" on my outboard. I replaced the water pump/impeller and that didn't change a thing. I didn't feel that it would considering the one that I removed was in great shape. Recently it has started giving me an alarm and the green light on the console flickers on and off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
