"I have a 94 johnson 15HP with electric start,it now has throtle on tiller handle and shift on front lower left side of motor.I run this on an 16" alum boat with 4 seats.Boat has a small consol with steering wheel mounted on 3rd seat.What I would like to do it put throtle and shift on controls on consol,then won't have to constantly turn around to shift or change speed.Does anyone know if there is some way to do this without hurting the motor?
