what is the best oil to use in this motor?
Also what is the 2 cycle oil to gas mix ratio?
 
"For the lower end use any bra

"For the lower end use any brand HP 90 intended for use in outboard lower units, Often sold under name of Hi-Vis.
For fuel, You may use TCW II or III if mixing in fuel (pre-mix), if separate oil tank (VRO) only oils marked TCW III, less risk of gel forming in oil if water contaminated.
TCW = Two Cycle Water-cooled."
