I was given a 15hp evinrude that I plan to get running.Mod# E15RL CSD,E0001553.I don't know the yaer,Gas ratio,what kind of oil or anything about the motor.What manual to get.I've never worked on a boat motor before. THANKS!"
 
"Use only a outboard 50/1 oil

"Use only a outboard 50/1 oil that is entitled TCW-III. The mixture is 50/1, that is 1 pint of TCW-III 50/1 oil to 6 gallons of gasoline. A octane rating of 87 will be fine

The "CS" within that model number indicates that the engine is a 1980 15hp Evinrude.

If you intend to keep that engine for awhile, I suggest that you obtain a service manual for it. See at the top of this page "Engine Manuals"."
