Good afternoon -- I am changin

Good afternoon -- I am changing impeller on a Johnson 150 GT 1990 J150STLESB and everything was going good until went to remove old impeller and it is stuck--really stuck--pryed gently with old srewdriver w shim of wood to protect unit housing--tapped lightly still no go! Any tricks guys!! Thanks Dave

If that doesn't jar it loose, cut the rubber away in one area, then split the impeller hub with a chisel."
