Have a 200 johnson and it quit spitting water how hard is it change out water pump

"Michael, not difficult but you want a least a repair manual (Seloc's). And you would be best served to have a helper. The lower unit on a 200 is heavy and akward, so an extra pair of hands is helpful.

The cost of a manual, waterpump kit and case of beer for the helper will be less than half of what a shop would want
