carbi looks ok but just about

carbi looks ok but just about stalls with the motor cover on runs ok with the cover removed i think it is an 1985 motor.

it dosnt make any diferance it

it dosnt make any diferance it plays up on the dingy or in the test tank
 
it needs a new exhaust gasket

it needs a new exhaust gasket i had the same problem with my 9.9hp rude was choking to death ran at less than half power
