No spark on one coil

"86-evinrude 90hp v4 -- histor

"86-evinrude 90hp v4 -- history -- Had no spark on port bank and good spark on starboard bank. Ran the test in manual, came up with bad power pack. replaced it. Now i have spark on 3 of the 4 cylinders. The cylinder not firing will spark when you start to crank and when cranking is ending.

I have tried swaping the coils, the cylinder not firing moves.

ANY HELP OR IDEAS WOULD BE GREAT!!!

"sounds like, a bad coil,coil wire etc...replace coil and lead/boot etc....u might pull the boot off,trim back 1/4" insulation,bend wire back,then reinsert the prong of the lil spring looking doohickey,into center of lead,making sure the round part rests against the end of lead/wire,spray w/wd40,reinst boot,and test..this is a common area of prob...in my opinion.this is an area where merc,has j&E beat...."
 
I swaped power pack from side

I swaped power pack from side to side and miss moved to other side of the motor. I think i got a defective part???
