What else do I replace

I have a 1987 4.3ltr. Alpha on

I have a 1987 4.3ltr. Alpha one. I need to replace a leaking shift cable bellow. Should I do the drive and exhaust bellows while it's apart. They're all the same age. What else should be done? Water pick-up hose ? water pump? Thanks to all who respond. ( 1100 hours on unit. seasonally maintained.)

Its a 1987 its time to do these items. Also replace any hoses running around the engine.

"If you are going that far down and one is shot replace all rubber. You may also want to do a shift cable, i did my bellows and ended up tearing it back down to do the shift cable."
 
"Pull it down once, do it prop

"Pull it down once, do it properly and replace all the rubber as suggested, while you are there check the gimble bearing and lubricate the uni joints on your drive shaft.
if your eyes are good enough and you have a very bright torch inspect the splines of the drive coupling as well and if you do not know how old the shift cable is, change it as well.
