1993 OMC Cobra 50 freeze plugs

I was late winterizing but had

I was late winterizing but had a 500 watt heater in the engine compartment. have twins and one witerized ok but the other has a blown freeze plug. It looks like the water is coming out of only one freeze plug. How do I replace and what else should I look for?

Another engine. The 'core plug' (its real name) is not the only damage in there. Pull the intake and you'll probably find the block split wide open just below the head joint.
