Should I fog my 05 135 honda?

Should I fog my 05 135 honda? Manual says to use fresh motor oil in the cylinders... makes no mention of fogging oil...

I have a 2003 honda 225hp 4 st

I have a 2003 honda 225hp 4 stroke out board enginge and I have no manual. So can anyone tell me how to winterize it. thank you
