"Greetings: I have a Honda 4-
"Greetings: I have a Honda 4-stroke 2hp engine that sat for 4 years w/out running. Wouldn't start because it was not getting fuel.
I removed the air intake and carb, washed it out with fuel, reassembled and it started and ran for about 30 seconds, then stalled. Wouldn't restart.
When I went in again I noticed a significant leak around where the plastic air filter housing mates with the carb. I tightened the two bolts a little more but it kept leaking.
I didn't see a gasket there - only one where the carb meets the block.
Should there be a gasket? did I miss something?
Any thoughts would be helpful.
