Marine Power 454 Heads

In am considering purchasing a boat with twin marine power 454's. The engines have relatively low hours (575 - I believe this is low hours). I was recently told there was a faulty head on one of the engines and as a result both heads were fixed. Is this common and is there anything I should be concerned about?
