"I was trying to inspect my fuel/water separator bowl on my 2005 BF150 the other day, and couldn't figure out how to remove the restraining strap that holds the separator assembly in place.
I didn't see anything that looked obvious, but I'm sure it's simple to remove. Any suggestions?

Also, shouldn't I get an alarm if there is water in the fuel?
