Anyone got any ideas how this

Anyone got any ideas how this might be determined on Lehman 120's? Also exhaust gas temperature?

"A flow meter is needed for the exhaust and a temp sensor. If you are looking to putting a turbo or supercharge on a Lehman, there might be a real problem. The standard parts will not be able to tolerate the higher temps. A retro fit might work, but procede with caution and do not try this at home ...."
