I have a 5 HP Nissan 4 stroke

I have a 5 HP Nissan 4 stroke that leaks gas from the top of the carb when I pump the fuel bulb. Engine won't start but need to get this fixed first. Any ideas. Thanks

Will do but can you tell me why the gas is coming out. I thought possibly that something was missing from the small hole it seems to be coming from. Have you seen this symptom before from a dirty carb? Thanks for your promt responce.
 
The needle is stuck in the val

The needle is stuck in the valve...The fuel has no where to go except out of the carb. It is a common symptom on anything with a carburetor.
