"15 hp winterizing, Drained all of the fuel from carburetor checked lower end oil clear no milky fluids, changed engine oil, should I fog the engine and turn over engine manually?"
 
On my motors I changed foot an

On my motors I changed foot and crankcase oils. Greased. Ran with stabilized gas and ran motors until they stopped from lack of gas. Then I drained what gas was left in the carburetor float bowls. Removed the sparkplugs and sprayed WD40 into cylinders. Cranked engines to spread WD40 around. Checked the valve adjustment. Replaced the sparkplugs.
