"98 sx cobra, looking to repow

"98 sx cobra, looking to repower, looking at the 383 stroker by mercruiser, or michegan motorz 6L 375hp 495 torque, they recomend the bravo1 but isnt sx cobra virtually the same drive? any input is appriciated!"
