I have a 20 mako with a 200hp

I have a 20 mako with a 200hp yami. @ 4600 rpms she'll do 32 knots. Fast enough. Ny question with the right prop shouldn't I be able to get more from this motor?

"I have been told that fill yo

"I have been told that fill your boat up with all your normal gear ,ice and fuel. Then at wide open throttle your engine should still be able to get 5600 to 5800 rpm. Each prop pitch size will change the r.p.m by about 200 rpms.So lets say at W.O.T with a 19 inch pitch prop you only get 5200 Rpms you should down size to a 17 inch pitch prop.Or if you get 5800rpm to 6000rpm you should go to a higher pitch prop.Once you get 5600 to 5800 rpm at W.O.T you will have the best from your engine.Speed will depend on your boat weigth etc."

How do I get the trim anode of

How do I get the trim anode off a 200 saltwater series. Is it bolted through the top or does it screw off?

"I have a 1978 21ft Mako open

"I have a 1978 21ft Mako open fisherman with a 2001 200HP saltwater series with a 14 pitch ss prop. I have bennet trim tabs and with 4 people on bord and over a half a tank (total capacity 125)end of the day of fishing melted ice and fishing gear i can get 40 to 43 MPH @ 4,800 to 5,300 RPM per my GPS ground speed. That motor can push and it is reliable!"
