"I have a 1994 Yamaha 9.9 model T9.9ELRS. When I start running I can only go about 3/4 throtle or it will stop running unless I pump the fuel bulb,I have repalced the fuel pump,gas tank,fuel lines and bulb, but this continues, as long as I pump the bulb it will run full throtle, this has done this since I purchased it on e-bay."
