"It appears that my outboard is not maintaining a charge to the battery. The volt meter, while the motor is running, never registers over 12volts. All else is fine and the tachometer works. I did have some one hook up a charge incorrectly when they were using the boat...could this have blown the rectifier and caused this or is there another problem? Thanks, Miket"
