Buzzing noise and no power YAMAHA 70

"hi all, I have a yamaha 70 pt

"hi all, I have a yamaha 70 ptt(1993) and when i turn the ignition on i get a loud buzzer warning sound from the throttle lever box. the engine will start and run but has no power and wont rev over about 1500rpm and the buzzing noise is constant.
hope someone can help"
 
I have filled the oil up compl

I have filled the oil up compleatly and still the same.
The buzzing happens as soon as you turn the key with or without the engine running.
do you know where the water pump sensor is on this engine?

thanks for your help. I have traced the fault to a faulty oil gauge on the dash, I have disconected it an engine now seem to have its power back
