"I have good spark and good cruising performance on my ~1995 BF15. However, to get it started, I have to put it in forward gear to give it more throttle - past the normal "start" position. It also won't idle (RPMs not high enough to keep it running-it dies) in neutral even when warm. What's the fix? Do you think this is a dirty carb or an idle adjustment? I just had the carb ultrasonically cleaned.
