2004 4stroke 8hp idle is out of adjustment and control of acceleration. Tiny turn of tiller control results in immediate jump to over accelerate. how can I make adjustment ?

"The idle speed screw is on the carburetor, however, I think you would better off taking the engine in to a dealer as you sound like you have a problem with the throttle cable system."
