Help 2hp yamaha submerged

fliped the dingy yesterday and

fliped the dingy yesterday and moter went right under. Was motoring at full rev's when fliped- anyone know if there's a step by step guide on line to save this good old girl.

get 2-stroke oil into the main bearing under the flywheel ASAP

make sure electrical system is dry, spray the hell out of the power unit with WD40/TS-10 or equivelant,

then replace plug, lead, etc
make sure there is NO WATER in your fuel tank, drain carburettor, then pull over untill it starts and run for a couple of hours...

should do the trick- just keep your engine coated in WD40 after running to keep the moisture out and listen out for bearing noise- if the main bearings rust, you need new ones- same for big end and small end bearings.

act now- or pay for it later."
