"hey guys i have a B100L 9.9 hp it runs with choke open but when i close the choke it runs and stalls out in a matter of seconds, so i put a sponge in the air intake and it will run fine, but i dont think this engine is supposed to have an air filter. because it has run fine with out one and didnt have a filter when i bought it. if any one has a soulution or fix i would appreciate it thanks."
