" my 225 yamaha dumps raw gas out the exhaust when running. there are no hose leaks, the fuel pumps are new.all filters new, rebuilt the carbs,new plugs [they are wet with fuel when inspected] compression is good. it starts up right away, but idols a little rough,at top speed it go to top rpm [5200] but fluxuates down to 45 up to 48 dn to 46 up to 5000 and so on. does any one have any ideas? "
 
you need to remove air box and

you need to remove air box and squeeze primerbulb untill you find which carb is over flowing. fuel will come out exaust with engine not running after applying consstant pressure to primmer bulb if you have stuck float or holes in diaphrams need to wait and watch it takesa few minuets to work its way through powerhead also check choke make shure its not dumping fuelif no leaks have you checked the spark when running ?what is engine temp very imp at least 120degf
