TOuch the key and it fires everytime but... I leave the marina and get up to 6kts. and it is still fine ( on a 27 Catalina). If I back off a little bit is sounds as one cylinder is cutting out. It will also do this at other rpm too. If I rev it back to full it is fine again as well as fine at idle too.
