" Due to excessive rich condition on my 2001 Volvo Penta 4.3, I changed jets from 66 to 64(helped by a knowldegable friend who moved). Now it bogs after an initial pick-up, then picks up fine. He mentioned something about needeing to adjust the accelerator pump but isnt available to show or tell me how. I've searched everywhere for this info. How is this done? "
