I have a 1996 5.7l volvo pent
I have a 1996 5.7l volvo penta chevy 350 with a cobra sx outdrive. Boat runs fine at first but after about 5 mins on plain the exhaust noise from back of boat starts to increase and i notice anout 2 400 rpm drop in motor. Boat used to be very quite but exhaust noise from stern is starting to get pretty load. I also have noticed a tapping noise in top of outdrive unit while flushing engine. Do not know if this is problem. Any advise would be appreciated.
