I have just bought a Nissan N

I have just bought a Nissan NS 5B 5hp. Can anyone tell me the year? Serial # is 369-1- 87513.

" I have a 1998 omc150hp ocean pro,runs hot at three quarter throttle and higher,thermostats and water pump have been replaced,heads removed but still can not find the problem,good water pressure,5 to10 psi at idle ,20 to26 at full throttle,good it be a engine problem instead of a water flow problem,engine only has about 100 hrs,oh yea and power head has been removed and inspected,any help would be appreciated,thanks "
