I have what I think is a 198

I have what I think is a 1987 Johnson 2 hp Colt engine. The serial number is B7361424 with a model of JCOCUA made in Belgium. Can you shed any light on this? Is it really two HP? Are these any good? Are parts still available? I want to use it to power an 8 foot fiberglass dinghy. Thanks.
