I have a 1951 7.5 Evinrude shp

I have a 1951 7.5 Evinrude shpuld I continue to use SAE 30 motor oil or change to TCW 3 If so what ratio should I use for the TCW 3
At present I am using 16 to 1 with the SAE 30 motor oil.
Thank you for any recomendations.
