One of my Volvo Penta 5.0GSI

One of my Volvo Penta 5.0GSI cylinders is approximately 120psi when the rest are approximately 150-160psi. I was told the low cylinder might have a piece of carbon or something stuck on the valve and to run a tank of gas and recheck it. Any other suggestions and what is the acceptable psi range. I can't locate a manual that specifies.

150-160 IS OK. 120 IS BEYOND THE 10% RULE RUN SOME GOOD GAS AND RECHECK.

ALSO HAVE HEARD OF A PROBLEM WITH THE NEWER GM DISTRIBUTORS GETTING CRACKS IN THE MAGNET BASE. THIS WILL CUASE DETONATION AND LEAN OUT. GOT A 5.7 GI IN MY SHOP WITH A HOLE BLOWN THRU THE PISTION FROM DETONATION. SO BE WORRIED AND FIND THE PROBLEM SOON.
